Price calculation

There may be various reasons why a company does not review its shipping costs more carefully. Researching and analyzing your shipping costs is a time-consuming process. Invoice control

Our invoice control not only facilitates your daily operational activities. It is also the basis for future decisions regarding shipping solutions for your company. 

Shipping invoices are often complex and it can be difficult to be sure if you are really paying the right price. Investigating all fees and surcharges is time-consuming. As a rule, random samples are taken and one is content to look at certain parts of the total shipping price. If the invoices contain a large amount of shipments, however, more efficient tools are required to make a correct check. With large volumes, small deviations at the shipment level can quickly add up to a large amount in a year.

 Our invoice control can facilitate one-off checks at smaller companies, but works just as well for fully automatic solutions at larger players.

Common questions

Do you check all our shipments? Yes, we can measure both incoming and outgoing transport. We also look at whether it is regular pallets, load meters, bulk goods, courier delivery, or perhaps air/sea transport. 

Should we do a procurement again next year? No. We negotiate annual rates for your company with fixed rates throughout the year. We want to find a level that is suitable for several years of cooperation with the carriers you choose to cooperate with.

 Do we have to choose a carrier? 

You are not forced to choose any specific carrier. We always include your existing carriers in the procurement process, so if you do not wish to benefit from the other tenders submitted by other carriers, you will always be able to continue with your existing carriers according to their new tenders. 

Are we getting accurate prices?

 Once we have presented the analysis, we can export the prices offered to each carrier to an excel file with a price list. Once the choice of carrier has been made, we will ask them to implement the prices for you and provide you with the prices submitted in the tender. 

How secure is our data? 

When we collect your shipping data, everything is handled confidentially. When an inquiry is shared with a carrier, it also states that the information is confidential and may not be disseminated in any way. 

Should we contact you every time we send something? 

No, we are not carriers or forwarders. We ensure that you receive annual prices from the carriers of your choice, so that you have a complete price list for the destinations and shipments that are relevant. 

When do we pay for your service? 

When the work is done! It is most fair! A project usually takes between 2-3 months before payment is due.

 How much time do we put into the process? Usually between 7-14 hours? but of course it can be very different depending on your needs and ownership and complexity. Otherwise, the short answer is: What you wish! Companies differ, but we always make a schedule, so we make sure we have guidelines for the project and you have visibility into when you need to spend time and resources in the process. We take care of data collection, description, of the procurement, preparation of templates, calculations, etc.
